Yes, you will need to be present to pick up and pay for your items.  

The easiest access is from Main Street between the Washington Fire Co and Buhrig Funeral Home and Crematory.  (Directly behind Buhrig's Gathering Place) The door to enter is in the rear of the building. 

Yes!  Coffee, tea and water will be served, along with and a selection of sweets and treats!
